Development Life Cycle
This is a complimentary 15 to 30-minute call where we talk through your idea and explore whether it aligns with the services we offer. It’s a chance to see if we’re a good match before moving forward.
This is a paid session, usually lasting one to two hours depending on your project’s scope. We’ll dive into the technical details, ask focused questions, and gather all the information needed to understand exactly what you’re looking to build.
At this stage, we’ll provide you with a detailed estimate outlining the expected cost and timeline to complete your build. Depending on its complexity, this is typically delivered within one to two weeks following your technical assessment. For smaller scopes, you may receive it sooner. Your approval is required before we move on to Phase 4.
In this phase, we’ll design a high-level UI/UX mockup of your solution using Figma. This allows you to clearly visualize how it will look and feel before development begins. You’ll have the opportunity to review, provide feedback, and approve the final designs.
With your approved designs in hand, we begin bringing your project to life. If any details were missed or need clarification, we’ll reach out with questions along the way. The timeline for this phase will follow the estimate provided earlier.
You’ll receive a working version of your project to test firsthand. During this stage, we’ll fix any bugs that come up. If you request new features or changes beyond the original scope, they’ll need to be reviewed and re-estimated before moving forward.
It’s time to go live! With everything ready and polished, we’ll launch or deliver your project so you can start sharing it with the world. All payments must squared away by this phase.
After launch, we’re still here for you. Whether it’s fixing unexpected bugs, making small updates, or helping your software stay current with new platforms and technologies, we offer ongoing support to keep everything running smoothly. Maintenance can be handled as needed or through a custom support plan that fits your goals.
